The fires that broke out last night in Akna and Martakert in the occupied territory of Artsakh continue. Unexploded ordnance was found in the fire zones, Azerbaijani media reports.
Forests and pastures are burning in the Akna and Martakert area, the fire is spreading to adjacent areas. Fire crews are working at the scene.
It is noted that the contamination of the area with mines and unexploded ordnance makes it difficult to extinguish the fires and poses a danger to firefighters.
