On September 23, at 11:52 PM, police received a call reporting a shooting on the Yerevan Highway in the village of Merdzavan in the Armavir Region. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs police.
According to preliminary reports, two people were injured and one wounded. One of the dead was Volodya Grigoryan, head of the community.
Ministry of Internal Affairs police are taking steps to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
