The resolution adopted at the latest summit of the Organization of Turkic-Speaking States, held recently in the Azerbaijani city of Gabala, already mentioned Aliyev’s speech and language regarding the “Zangezur Corridor.” This was written by Armen Ashotyan, Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia.
However, another, no less important, circumstance is ignored.
The 14-page document lists documents on international issues important to member states and the organization: Northern Cyprus, Syria, Afghanistan, Central Asia, etc.
However, there is not a single mention of the initialing of the Armenian-Azerbaijani “peace” agreement in Washington.
It would be difficult to find more cynical and blatant proof that this document is just a piece of paper in real politics.
This circumstance becomes even more pronounced in light of the language surrounding Sepin.
Turkey and Azerbaijan don’t care about the “peace” agreement. They want Syunik, and that’s absolutely true.
No matter how much Nikol and his cronies sell “peace” to their domestic audiences, the paperwork that underlies it is just waste paper, and in real politics, it’s just a piece of paper.
