The government positions itself as “independent,” under whose rule economic dependence on Russia and political dependence on Turkey have reached historic highs.

Written by Armen Ashotyan, Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia.

“Talks about joining the Union State are a non-existent, politically manipulative plot, ‘rigged’ by the government to position itself as ‘independent,’ comic book heroes, sparing no effort for the sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia.

It’s ridiculous that such talk is being conducted by people under whose rule Armenia’s sovereignty has reached historic lows, while economic dependence on Russia and political dependence on Turkey have reached historic highs.

A propaganda snowball woven around the personal opinion of a non-political figure is a pathetic operation by a regime that created the state to cling to the foam.

You’re not even the master of your own life and career, let alone the “master” of the state and statehood.
