Fire that broke out in Khosrov State Reserve has been extinguished

On July 26 at 14:20, the duty group at Khosrov State Reserve recorded a grass fire on the territory of Reserve No. 1. This was reported by the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

4 combat crews and 12 operational groups of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs left for the scene.

The fire was localized on July 26 at 19:04 and extinguished on July 27 at 22:16.

The police, employees and residents of the reserve, the Environmental Patrol Service, partner organizations, and a helicopter of the Ministry of Defense were also involved in extinguishing the fire that broke out on the territory of Khosrov State Reserve.

About 3 hectares of grass, trees and bushes burned.

Firefighters are on duty.

The fire extinguishing on site was led by the Director of the Emergency Situations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Kamo Tsutsulyan.
