Artsrun Galstyan, who was wounded in the shooting in Merdzavan and remains hospitalized in serious condition, has regained consciousness and given a statement.
“The victim has regained consciousness and was questioned by an investigator. A forensic examination has been ordered,” the Investigative Committee reported to the media.
As a reminder, on September 23, at approximately 11:50 PM, shots were fired in Merdzavan, killing Volodya Grigoryan, the head of the Parakar community, and his friend, police officer Karen Abrahamyan. Another victim was taken to the hospital.
A criminal case has been opened regarding the incident.
