The Investigative Committee reported in what proceedings Archbishop Arshak was arrested.
“During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings, a public criminal prosecution was initiated against the person under paragraphs 1 and 4 of Part 2 of Article 393 of the Criminal Code (illegal drug trafficking by a group of persons with prior consent in a public place),” the Investigative Committee reported.
It should be noted that Archbishop Arshak was arrested a short time ago.
