The “Doctor’s Voice” initiative group appears to have become an alternative ministry, where medical workers are not afraid to voice their concerns. This was stated by sonographer Karin Agalaryan during a parliamentary debate on the problems of the universal compulsory health insurance system.
According to her, despite numerous complaints, the ministry continues to insist that such problems do not exist.
The doctor cited examples of sharp salary cuts, including facts. She noted that one pediatrician, who previously received a fixed salary of 195,000 drams, now receives only 18,000 drams after the introduction of the insurance system.
“If anyone doubts the existence of such a salary, please write another post: ‘I am a cardiologist myself.'” “In January, I received 18,141 drams instead of 160,000 drams. We have screenshots of all these salaries, and we are in touch with the doctors who sent them,” Agalaryan said, noting that there are many such cases, all of which are factually confirmed.
According to him, the prices were already abnormal, and now they are simply disgraceful. “Specialized doctors are particularly affected, whose managers are forcing them to exclude consultations from the ‘Armed’ program in order to reduce the amount,” he said.
