Today, September 23, a mysterious incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 10:10 AM, the 2nd Company of the 1st Battalion of the Yerevan City Regiment of the Patrol Police Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia received operational information that human remains had been discovered on railroad tracks passing through graves adjacent to the Fanarjyan National Oncology Center in the administrative territory of Kanaker-Zeytun.
Human remains, two skulls, and a set of teeth were found at the scene.
The Investigative Department has opened a criminal case under the article “murder” regarding the incident.
The investigator has ordered a forensic examination.
According to the website, forensic experts will determine whether the remains belong to a woman, a man, or a child.
