Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky only if all issues requiring discussion at the highest level are well-developed, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
“Our president has repeatedly stated his readiness for meetings, including with Mr. Zelensky, provided that all issues requiring discussion at the highest level are well-developed, and experts and ministers prepare relevant proposals,” he said after talks with Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.
