Seyran Ohanyan’s wife, Ruzanna Khachatryan, has filed a lawsuit against Public Television.
Khachatryan’s lawsuit seeks to protect her honor and dignity from public slander.
The lawsuit was filed yesterday, March 16, and signed by Judge Naira Avetisyan of the Yerevan Civil Court of General Jurisdiction.
It should be noted that Seyran Ohanyan’s wife, Ruzanna Khachatryan, has also filed a lawsuit against the Republic of Armenia, represented by the Investigative Committee. Khachatryan is demanding judicial recognition of the violation of the presumption of innocence, as well as compensation for material damages. The lawsuit was signed by Judge Aram Mkrtchyan of the Yerevan Civil Court of General Jurisdiction. A decision on accepting the lawsuit for consideration has not yet been made.
