In the Armenia Nikol envisions, national goals are denied, sovereign Armenian statehood is destroyed, and the values that shape Armenian identity are purged. They will be replaced by banditry, robbery, drug addiction, gambling, and various forms of fraud. Artak Zakaryan, a member of the RPA Supreme Council and former Deputy Minister of Defense, wrote about this on his Facebook page.
He noted, in particular: “The external enemy has found a way out: from now on, Armenians must not only curse each other on social media, not only spread hate speech, not only preach betrayal, but also harm each other. And the Armenian authorities are contributing to this. Because everyone understands in their own way what it means to swing a hammer at the opposition.
Painful and cruel realities follow one after another.
Just as he betrayed his entire homeland without compromising, just as he turned the courts into decrees while fighting for justice, and the fight for democracy into a “parade” of political prisoners, so too, in his fight against the criminal subculture, he will lead the country into banditry.
