The farewell ceremony for Iran’s slain Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in Tehran has been postponed.
A new date for the event will be announced later.
As a reminder, since February 28, the US and Israel have been launching airstrikes on Iranian territory, causing destruction and casualties. In retaliation, Iran has launched missile strikes against Israeli and US military bases in the region. Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Seyyed Khamenei and other high-ranking officials were killed in the Israeli and US attacks.
On March 2, Hezbollah also entered the war against Israel. Israel announced the beginning of an offensive against the movement and invaded southern Lebanon.
