Russia’s offer to provide Yerevan and Baku with a venue for signing a peace agreement remains valid, said Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin.
“Clearly, much remains to be done to implement our plans. We are ready to provide Yerevan and Baku with all necessary assistance to overcome the remaining differences, including in accordance with the trilateral statements of the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan,” the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister stated.
Galuzin emphasized that Moscow attaches particular importance to normalizing relations between Yerevan and Baku. The diplomat also noted Russia’s significant and effective role in resolving the conflict between the two countries.
