The official delegation headed by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan was on a business trip to the United States from November 23 to 30.
As Factor.am learned from the public procurement system, on November 22, the mayor’s office signed a contract with Luxurious Voyage LLC for the purchase of services, the cost of which is 12 million 465 thousand drams.
The municipality purchased this service through a single-party procurement procedure, i.e. without a tender. In the technical specification, the name of the procurement item is indicated as “Yerevan-Doha-Los Angeles-Doha-Yerevan 8 economy class tickets”.
Another ticket was business class. A total of 9 air tickets were purchased. One business class air ticket costs 7 million 650 thousand drams, and 8 economy class tickets – 4 million 815 thousand drams.
