Iran's parliament has approved Mehrdad Akhlagi Ketabchi as the Minister of Defense and Logistics of the Armed Forces, Mehr reports. The decision was taken at Sunday's open session after discussing his qualifications and work plan. Ketabchi replaced Major General Aziz Nasirzadeh, who was killed in the US and Israeli attacks.
