Signing the peace agreement as soon as possible is the commitment of our government. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan at the session of the Government of Armenia on October 22. "We want to see this document signed and ratified, because communications have not only an economic component, but also a peace-building mission," he noted. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan also stated that it is necessary to sign the peace agreement as soon as possible. He denied the rumors that he allegedly announced that the document would be signed in 2031. "I said until 2031," explained the Prime Minister, considering that the mandate given as a result of the elections is calculated for five years. "But our plans do not include delaying the process," Pashinyan added.
