According to "Осторожно, новости" telegram channel, some passengers of international flights have been waiting for their flight for more than 13 hours. In addition to Yerevan, flights to Bishkek, Astana, Dubai and Samarkand have also been postponed. In particular, the plane going to Bishkek was supposed to take off at 01:30 Moscow time, but due to the drone attack, the flight time was moved many times. The passengers of the flight to Almaty said that they were already put on the plane at night, but after a while they asked to return to the terminal. After that, people were left in the buffer zone for a long time, and the departure time was changed four times. According to the passengers, the morning flights to the CIS countries were finally implemented, while those waiting for the night flights complain that the representatives of the airlines do not provide them with any information. Eyewitnesses report that there are not enough seats in the airport halls, due to which passengers, including many children, are forced to sleep on the floor. According to them, people also faced the problem of lack of food and water, and hotels are not provided. During the night, 800 ruble vouchers were distributed to them, but the food in the mentioned cafes was already sold out. "Aeroflot" reported that they are working to mitigate the consequences of the temporary restrictions introduced on October 17 at the airports of the Moscow hub and to restore the schedule. According to the airline, passenger service has been strengthened in "Sheremetyevo". additional employees have been engaged, tickets are being reformulated and passenger flows are being redistributed. Bottled water and a sandwich are offered to those waiting for reformation. Passengers of canceled flights were advised not to come to the airport. it is possible to return or exchange tickets remotely, and in the case of tickets purchased through agencies, it is necessary to contact the place of purchase. One of the passengers, who was supposed to leave for Surgut on October 16, said that after spending one night in the hotel, his flight was moved to October 21, and now he does not know where he will spend the rest of the waiting days.
