Benchmark crude oil prices are rising moderately on Tuesday morning, recovering from a slight decline at the end of the previous session.
February Brent futures on the London ICE Futures exchange rose by $0.35 (0.48%) to $72.98 per barrel. On Monday, these contracts fell in price by $0.31 (0.4%) to $72.63 per barrel.
February WTI futures on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) rose by $0.3 (0.43%) to $69.54 per barrel. The day before, futures fell by $0.22 (0.3%) to $69.24 per barrel.
