Hovik Abrahamyan’s brother summoned to the prosecutor’s office

Former Prime Minister Hawik Abrahamyan’s brother, former National Assembly member Henrikh Abrahamyan, was summoned to the Illegally Acquired Property Confiscation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office on March 9 at 2:30 PM to present his position and file a statement as part of an investigation into the legality of his property.

“In accordance with Articles 16 and 17 of the Law on Confiscation of Illegally Acquired Property, I hereby inform you that the Illegally Acquired Property Confiscation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia has conducted an investigation into your property, and a conclusion has been drawn based on the results. You have the right to appear within one month from the date of receipt of this notice at the Illegally Acquired Property Confiscation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia (address: 50 Tigran Mets Avenue, Yerevan) to review the case materials, present your position, and submit a statement,” the notice states.

Henrik Abrahamyan’s wife, Ruzanna Hovsepyan, their son Hovhannes Abrahamyan, and other persons associated with him have also been summoned to the prosecutor’s office.
