It is time to stand by our city and our dignity. At the moment, actions are underway in the city hall aimed at removing the mayor. But we must understand that this is not just about one person. This concerns the independence of the entire city. This month, Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan wrote on his Facebook page:
“The state should not violate the independence of Gyumri. We, the people of Gyumri, are obliged to preserve the right to elect and protect our mayor.
Unite, speak up, do not be silent. Gyumri is strong thanks to its people,” he wrote.
