A change is planned in the project of works carried out in the area of ​​"Aghi Lake", and the ecosystem of the lake will not be disturbed. This was reported by environmentalist-activist Eduard Hayrumyan. According to him, not long ago a meeting was held in the area with the participation of Yerevan construction improvement officials, the head of Erebuni administrative district, other officials and the builder who won the tender. "A change will be made in the project and the ecosystem of Aghi Lake will not be disturbed. No work will be done inside the lake," Hayrumyan wrote. He also noted that the reeds adjacent to the lake will not be destroyed and will remain as they are, and the walls adjacent to the lake will not be changed either. "People are in favor of all other improvements and were in favor from the beginning," the activist said.
