Nikol Pashinyan has proposed imposing restrictions so that citizens cannot write endless letters to the government on the same issue. During a briefing on October 1, Pashinyan reported that he receives numerous applications from citizens every day, some of which cannot be resolved at all. Forexample, they complain about the Court of Cassation, asking to correct the injustice. “Just this morning I received an application. A man complains that they are taking“ papal land”away from him. I ask: What documents do you have for that land? It turns out he doesn't have any. Then why is it "papal land"? "Pashinyan asked. The land, which this man considers" papal ", was put up for auction, and he asks to make sure that the winner himself is recognized. “We have created mechanisms for community land to be expropriated exclusively by auctions: “Whoever pays the most money will receive it,” Pashinyan explained, keeping silent that, in fact, under the pretext of an auction held many years ago being illegal, citizens are taking away the land in order to transfer it to other people through a new auction. “Or do members of the same family, on domestic matters, share a heritage?Whatdoes the government have to do with such cases?” the Prime Minister said. Pashinyan suggested arranging the process so that the letters could be received digitally through a single channel, and so that the citizen could not address the same issue indefinitely. “20, 50 or hundreds of times. Not to mention the letters asking for help. There was no such case that the citizen once applied, after examining his situation they will help, and after that he will not apply 10 times, ”Pashinyan noted.
