Pashinyan dismisses Secretary General of the Water Committee

By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Arsen Avetik Manoogian was dismissed as Secretary General of the Water Committee. “Guided by Article 16 (1) and Article 37 (1) (1) of the Civil Service Act, to dismiss Arsen Avetik Manoogian as Secretary General of the Water Committee from September 30, 2026,” the decision reads.
