The relations between Russia and Armenia are in the process of searching for a new balance. This was announced by Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin during the event dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Association of Veterans of the Republic of Armenia named after Marshal Baghramyan. In his welcoming speech, the head of the Russian diplomatic mission emphasized the importance of the veteran movement in preserving historical memory and strengthening friendship between the peoples of Russia and Armenia. "Today, the relations between Russia and Armenia are passing a stage that requires mutual understanding and the search for a new balance. However, no matter how the political situation changes, the common history for our peoples, the joint victories, the character of Marshal Baghramyan remain powerful unifying factors. It was thanks to unity that we won the most difficult war, and it is on this that we should rely, responding to the challenges of modernity," Kopirkin said.
