There were certain differences in Armenia's relations with Russia, but they were never cold. RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this during the briefing held after the Government session on October 15. "Nothing has changed in our contacts. There is a certain working atmosphere and certain relationships. Even if there were certain disagreements in the diplomatic sphere or on the joint agenda, it does not mean at all that we got upset and did not talk to each other," the Prime Minister noted. According to him, relations with the Russian side have always been good and will continue to be so.
