On September 26, at 2:13 a.m., the operational control center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received a report that a gas gun was fired into the air near one of the restaurants on Dzorap street. This was reported to Kartsiq.am by the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. As a result of the measures taken by the guards of the MIA police, it was found that at around 1:47 a shot was fired from a gas pistol from a Jaguar car. 22-year-old residents of the city and 19-year-old residents of Vayots Dzor region. The young people were found on the spot, arrested on reasonable suspicion of committing hooliganism and transferred to the Central Department of the Community Police.
