Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin will join the Immortal Regiment march in Victory Park dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
On May 9 at 12:00, in honor of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Immortal Regiment historical and cultural public organization will organize a traditional memorial march from the territory adjacent to the Church of the Exaltation of the Cross in the Arabkir community to the Eternal Flame memorial complex in Victory Park.
Then at 13:30 there will be a concert program at the Mother Armenia monument. “Let us remember together the heroes who died defending our Motherland and celebrate the glorious victories of our people,” the Immortal Regiment organization said in a statement.
