Businessman and philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan addressed a letter from the Armavir Penitentiary to Judge Armen Danielyan, to whom the appeal against his detention was addressed.
Karapetyan noted in the letter that the judge has always been distinguished by his behavior, making decisions exclusively in favor of the authorities.
“I believe that the outcome of the appeal in the special supervision procedure filed by my lawyer Armen Feroyan under your chairmanship is initially predictable, so I am withdrawing my appeal,” Karapetyan noted in the letter.
