Samvel Karapetyan has been transferred to the Yerevan-Kentron penitentiary institution, located in the building of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia. Tert.am was informed about this by the press secretary of the penitentiary service Nona Navikyan.

Let us recall that today, June 18, 2025, Samvel Karapetyan was charged under Part 2 of Article 422 of the Criminal Code, namely: public call for the seizure of power, violation of territorial integrity, renunciation of sovereignty or violent overthrow of the constitutional order, committed through publicly demonstrated works or using mass media or information and communication technologies.
