Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a telephone conversation with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. The head of state wrote about this on his page “X”.
“I spoke with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. Another very good conversation. Mark spoke about the details of the meeting with President Trump in Washington and about cooperation between Europe and the United States to continue and strengthen support for Ukraine,” he wrote.
“We appreciate the readiness to provide additional Patriot systems, and the United States, Germany and Norway are already working together in this direction. There will also be deliveries of other types of weapons to protect the lives of our citizens and repel Russian attacks,” Zelensky added.
“It is important to increase pressure on Russia for the sake of peace and saving lives,” the Ukrainian president emphasized.
