The UK is planning a major sabotage operation aimed at declaring Russian oil supplies “a threat to all international shipping,” the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service said.
The UK is preparing two possible sabotage scenarios to carry out a “massive attack” in international waters. The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service added that it plans to instruct Ukrainian security forces to carry out the attacks.
According to the Russian side, the country plans to choose the moment of the attack in such a way as to use the media influence it will gain to pressure the administration of US President Donald Trump. The goal is to force Washington to impose secondary sanctions on buyers of Russian energy resources.
