Russia did not propose an extraterritorial regime for the transit of passengers and cargo through the territory of Armenia to unblock communications with Azerbaijan. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, at a briefing.
“Considering the common territory of Russia and Armenia within the framework of the EAEU, such a regime cannot be discussed even theoretically,” she said.
