The Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization approved the Tianjin Declaration.
The document, in particular, emphasizes that the principles of non-interference in internal affairs and non-use of force are the basis for the sustainable development of international relations.
It is also noted that geopolitical confrontation, challenges and threats to security and stability are intensifying in the world, including in the region of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
The member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization also decided to create the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Development Bank and adopted an agreement on a single center to counter challenges and threats to the security of the Organization’s member states, the Kremlin reported.
