The issue of change of power has always been on our agenda, and it is still on our agenda, and the most correct and optimal way to achieve this is to express no confidence in the government, the Prime Minister, that is, impeachment. The third President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan said this in the courtyard of the court building, in a conversation with journalists before the start of the court hearing on his case.
“Parliament is not only a place where they speak, but also a place where they listen. He who has ears, let him hear, especially since those who speak at parliamentary hearings are mainly those who, without being deputies, have the opportunity to speak from the rostrum of the National Assembly 1, 2, 3 times a year. There is nothing there,” he noted.
Speaking about impeachment, he recalled the information that was spread on the Internet yesterday.
“International experience, what happened yesterday in the world, two major events – in Nepal and France. There are two ways to impeach a government that does not enjoy the people’s trust: one is in Nepal, through violence and murder, the other is in France, through parliament. What should we offer our people now?” Sargsyan added.
Speaking about cooperation with the second president, he again asked not to ask questions related to Robert Kocharyan.
