Polish military will travel to Ukraine to train in drone interception skills. This was announced by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk after a meeting of the National Security Council, RIA Novosti reports.
“I gladly accepted President Zelensky’s proposal. We are already discussing technical issues,” Tusk said, answering a question about the study of Ukrainian experience by Polish military.
He specified that the Polish defense and foreign ministers are heading to Kyiv to organize such training.
On Thursday, after a meeting with his Finnish counterpart Alexander Stubb, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced Kyiv’s readiness to assist Warsaw in the fight against drones and spoke in favor of creating a common air defense system.
