“I am aware of all the community’s problems, and I am ready to implement the program we promised our team, led by Volodya Grigoryan.
I am very grateful to my teammates for their trust in me during this difficult time. I promise to do everything I can to justify their trust.
Besides being a team member, I was personally a close friend of Volodya Grigoryan, and I am sorry that all this happened. I am grateful to Volodya Grigoryan’s family and his parents for giving our Armenian people such a son,” he said.
It should be noted that the Council of Elders of the extended Parakar community today, October 7, elected Onik Akhverdyan, representing the Unity bloc, as head of the community. He received 12 votes.
Members of the Civil Contract and National Progress factions of the Council of Elders did not participate in the meeting.
