Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will soon meet with French President Emmanuel Macron, the Ukrainian leader announced this on his Telegram channel.
“I spoke with French President Emmanuel Macron. Now is the right time to push the situation to the end of the war and, most importantly, to fully use all opportunities and put the right pressure on Russia. Pressure on the initiator of the war is the key to its end,” he wrote.
Zelensky said that he and the French leader discussed all existing diplomatic issues and Kiev’s latest contacts with its counterparts.
They agreed to meet soon, the Ukrainian president added.
