“If they suddenly decide to return — they are welcome, I have said this many times. We are not against it, we are open to everyone, we are ready to work with all partners, but, of course, taking into account the current realities. I mean that many niches in our market are now occupied mainly by Russian producers and Russian entrepreneurs,” Putin emphasized.
