The EU wants to admit Ukraine and start a war with Russia: Orban

The European Union plans to admit Ukraine by 2030, which would mean the start of a war with Russia, for which Europe has already begun preparing, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban stated, according to RIA Novosti.

“Clouds are gathering over Europe. Brussels is preparing for war with Russia and has already set a date for entering the war – 2030. The stated goal of the arms program launched by Brussels is to prepare the Union for war by 2030. Furthermore, 2030 is the target date for Ukraine’s accelerated accession to the EU,” Orban wrote on Facebook.

The Hungarian Prime Minister recalled that, according to the EU’s founding treaty, a conflict within the territory of one member state obliges other countries to join.

“Therefore, admitting a warring Ukraine to the EU would lead to immediate entry into war,” he emphasized.

According to him, Hungarian voters still have the opportunity to make a decision and support a policy of non-intervention in the conflict in the 2026 parliamentary elections, as it will be too late to do so in the next elections in 2030.

Russian President Vladimir Putin previously stated that Russia does not intend to go to war with Europe, but if Europe itself decides to do so and does, Russia is ready to do so right now.
