The parties to the Ukrainian conflict settlement increasingly understand that work must be done silently, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

“It’s clear that the parties now more clearly understand that work must be done silently. Such work cannot be conducted in a completely public environment. It won’t be constructive. And most importantly, it won’t produce results,” Peskov stated.
