Russia has submitted additional proposals to the United States on collective security guarantees. We understand that when talking about security guarantees, we cannot limit ourselves to Ukraine alone, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said, speaking at an embassy roundtable on the settlement of the situation in Ukraine.
“From the very beginning of the Ukrainian crisis, since 2014, Russia has done everything possible to resolve it,” the Russian Foreign Minister noted.
He stressed that in Alaska, Russia and the United States agreed that Ukraine should return to non-aligned, neutral and non-nuclear status.
