The Kremlin understands the cancellation of Aliyev’s visit to St. Petersburg due to his extremely busy schedule, stated Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
“Moscow and Baku continue to develop their partnership,” he added.
It should be noted that it was previously announced that Ilham Aliyev will be unable to participate in today’s informal summit of CIS heads of state due to his busy work schedule.
