Americans for Artsakh (AFA) filed a petition with the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (WGAD) demanding the release of David Babayan.
This petition follows the announcement by the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General’s Office on November 14, 2025, that former leaders and officials of Artsakh had been sentenced to life imprisonment.
