Today, residents of Komitas Park are holding a protest, demanding the developer fulfill its obligations.
“Our apartments were supposed to be completed in December 2023, but we still don’t have a title deed. We were forced to start renovations and move in, but we have no gas because the developer was supposed to make payments, but they haven’t. Now we pay up to 100,000 drams a month for electricity to at least provide heating and living conditions, but there’s another problem: the fuses in the electrical system aren’t holding a charge,” residents say.
