The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs reminds:
“Dear citizens, starting April 1, 2026, pensions and benefits will be paid exclusively by bank transfer throughout the Republic of Armenia.
Starting March 5, 2026, bank selection for citizens receiving pensions or benefits in cash who have not submitted an application to change the payment method will be carried out automatically, without the need to submit an application.
Furthermore, applications to change banks will not be accepted from March 5 to April 1.
We also inform you that the bank will deliver cards exclusively to citizens with limited mobility via courier service, and, if necessary, in the presence of social workers.
We ask and encourage all pensioners and benefit recipients who are still receiving their pensions or benefits in cash to do so by March 5, 2026. Before March 5, submit applications to change the payment method online via https://online.ssa.am or by visiting any regional center of the Unified Social Service.
