On February 13-14, a bilateral roundtable discussion will be held in Armenia as part of the “Bridge of Peace” initiative, bringing together representatives of civil society from Armenia and Azerbaijan. In addition to the core participants of the “Bridge of Peace” initiative, the roundtable will also include broader participants from both sides.
According to Armenpress, the Azerbaijani delegation arrived in Armenia through the demarcated and undemarcated sections of the land border, having completed all necessary procedures. They crossed the border near Voskepar Church.
During the discussions, representatives of Armenian and Azerbaijani civil society will address processes arising from the peace agenda approved at the Washington Summit on August 8, 2025. Separate sessions will focus on the emerging regional security architecture, the benefits of peace, public perceptions of establishing relations between the two societies, prospects for economic cooperation, and the role of civil society in strengthening mutual understanding and trust.
