The Armenian Apostolic Church has filed a lawsuit against Aramayis Tahmazian (formerly Father Tade), a former priest of the Surb Astvatsatsin Church in Talin.
The Church is demanding that Aramayis Davit Tahmazian and Hripsime Gagiki Khachatryan occupy an apartment in Talin belonging to the Armenian Apostolic Church and evict the defendants.
In the second lawsuit, the Armenian Apostolic Church is asking the court to order Tahmazian and Khachatryan to pay the Church’s legal costs, including the amount of state taxes paid in advance.
