Drivers have been reporting broken traffic lights in this small city center since early this morning.
Drivers say there were no patrols along the entire route and they were directing traffic themselves, but sometimes emergency situations arose.
Besides drivers, citizens who contacted us say the city center has been without power since early this morning, causing further inconvenience.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs assures that patrols are already directing traffic. As soon as the alarm was received, the police immediately took action.
