The Israeli army (IDF) claims that three “key” members of the Lebanese movement Hezbollah were killed in an airstrike on the headquarters of the Lebanese movement’s intelligence service in southern Beirut.
The list of senior Hezbollah members allegedly killed includes Elhag Abbas Salameh, Racha Abbas Icha and Ahmed Ali Hassan.
According to the IDF, an underground weapons workshop in the Lebanese capital Beirut was also hit.
Since September 23, Israel has been engaged in a major air campaign against Lebanon, killing hundreds of civilians and forcing more than 1.3 million people to flee their homes.
